What happens if my equipment doesn’t work/malfunctions/breaks?
If you ever have any trouble, call our technical support line at 888-929-2372. If we can’t fix the problem over the phone, we’ll have you send the broken equipment back and we’ll ship you out a replacement free of charge, usually on the same day.
Can I use my smartphone with 3g/4g Wireless Broadband?
Yes! Just connect a wireless access point to your 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem and it can be used by any WiFi enabled device, including smartphones!
Can I use 3g/4g Wireless Broadband wirelessly?
Yes! You’ll need to provide your own wireless access point. Connect it to the 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem with an Ethernet cable and use 3g/4g Wireless Broadband with any WiFi enabled device!
What is the equipment I will receive?
You will receive a Broadband modem with a connected aircard, a booster antenna, and cables to connect and power everything.
Do I need to configure my new 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem?
No! All our equipment comes preconfigured. Just plug it in and you’re ready to go!
What is the ideal position for the 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem?
Ideally, the 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem, or booster antenna if connected, should be placed near a window on whichever side of the building faces the nearest cell tower. See the following website for tower locations: network.sprint.com

Setup can be completed in just a few easy steps! Connect the 3g/4g Wireless Broadband modem to a wall jack with the included power cable Connect the included booster antenna to the modem Connect your computer or wireless access point via Ethernet to the modem It’s that easy! How do I get technical support/billing help?
Technical support is available 7 days a week 8:30AM to 12:00AM EST. Billing is available Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST. Both departments can be reached toll free at 888-929-2372.
How do I know that the 3g/4g service will work?
As long as you’re within a coverage area, you should be able to get service. You can check coverage here: coverage.sprint.com We also include a booster antenna with install package to ensure that you get the best signal possible!
